Washington DC Design Center Show House

The District of Colombia is not generally so quickly associated with good design, (no offense to all of the good designers in DC). Nonetheless, she continues to play host to some annual design related events. I attended the opening of the WDC Design Center Spring show house last night, boringly themed "Urban Living". I'll post more about it later, but wanted to show a few quick iphone snapshots.

    i'm struggling hard to see the urban living theme...but i do love the massive pocket mirror on the wall!!!

    Isn't that pocket mirror awesome?! I'll post loads more pictures soon. I don't know that the theme of urban living was understood by all who participated.

    It looks really good! I'm sorry I missed the opening but I had to make choices and Stephen Drucker won! I think I made the right decision -i'll see the showhouse later this week!
